New Layout

So you should be able to tell, and this all late and bla bla bla.. But don't Judge ;D
New blinking banner I made & Background I also designed..
I got the idea with the banner a bit from Ebonymeme(Here) with the small flashing banner under the main one, and the welcome part honestly.. Then I also wanted a banner that would show all of us authors, but at the same time with out making some huge banner...

So yeah xD

It will include rainbow hilights and a punk/ scene look .. I'm not sure how to describe it xD.. But somehow the doll has some innocence to it :o
My mom says that I can give inanimate characters that.. Like an aura about them..
