New Tutorial?

Hello there, it's been a while since I've posted... But I was curious, I have a makeup look and I want to know if any of you want a a tutorial on it.. I'm not entirely even sure who's doll I did this on, but I can do my best to replicate it.

      Thank you so much! I like the bright red eyeliner with the darker eyeshadow colors too..
